GBSC are pleased to announce a major shirt sponsor has been obtained for the Olympic Fund Raising Event/15th Anniversary in Coventry on 16 August 2008.
Tim Miller, of Nottingham based company Miller Freeman, said that Miller Freeman is pleased to be associated with, and to provide support to, GBSC as they raise funds to help our Men's and Women's teams in their bids to qualify for the Olympic Games in Vancouver, 2010.
GBSC are very pleased with the support obtained from Miller Freeman and thank them for their generosity.
The Miller Freeman logo will be displayed on the front of the shirts used in Coventry.

GBSC are pleased to announce some more big names for their 15th anniversary game at Coventry Skydome on the 16th August.
Pledging their support for the big day and fundraising for the Olympics are Mark Richardson, Russ Cowley, Nathan Craze and Gary Clarke. Also representing the GB women we are pleased to announce Angela Taylor and Lauren "Geri Halliwell".
Face-off is at 4pm and the afternoon will also involve many activities from Broomball to ‘chuck the puck’ (with a difference thanks to Dave Simms!) to help raise funds for the national team’s bid to qualify for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic ice hockey tournament.
There will also be the chance to purchase exclusive event merchandise including game worn shirts and the chance to bid for a shirt directly off the player’s back.
Players confirmed to play at the event include Gary Stefan, Jonathan Weaver, Shannon Hope, Stephen Foster, Stevie Lyle, Steve Thornton, Danny Meyers, Nicky Chinn, David Clarke, and Scot Moody,
Tickets for the GB all-star game are now available from the Coventry SKYDOME Arena box office on 02476 630693 and cost £12 per adult, £5 for concessions and kids go for £1 if accompanied by an adult. Special discount is given to all GBSC members; please contact us at GBSC directly.
Some tickets for the evening event are still available as well as accommodation and this is open to non members also. Some great prizes have been donated for the auction including game worn shirts from countries and a special prize from the IIHF and hockey hall of fame.

Details of the 15th Anniversary celebrations are coming together as we head nearer to the big day.
GBSC can confirm a few more names that have been added to the list:
Mike Ellis and Tom Carlon have signed up and from the past GB regime we are pleased to announce Merv Priest will be making a return to the ice. Of course the game will cover all GB teams and we are pleased to announce some of the current Gold medal Womens team will be involved. GBSC can reveal Kat Wiggins is one of the GB Women to have signed up for the big day.
More names will be released soon.
